ESHER BOWLING CLUB

We are a Licensed Club and bowling is not all we do.  During the winter months between October and mid April we hold social evenings once a month and details with dates, times etc. will be on the Club notice board but you will have to get your name down early as these events are very popular !!

During the winter we hold Short Mat sessions every Thursday afternoon commencing at 3 p.m.  We also hold games evenings during the winter months incorporating shuffle board, bar skittles, golf putting, quoits and darts and also skittles evenings.  These evenings are great fun and once again details of dates etc. will be up on the Club notice board.

 

BRIDGE SECTION

We also have a Bridge Section who play relaxed friendly bridge every Tuesday at 7.00pm throughout the year.  

You don't have to turn up with a partner (most don't) and all we ask is that you have a knowledge of the basic principles of Bridge play and bidding.  

We even tolerate the occasional reference to a crib sheet - yes, it's that friendly!  

It's nevertheless 'proper Bridge' with purpose built tables, green cloths and bidding boxes.  

If you're not a bowler you can attend as a Social member which entitles you to all the privileges of membership except bowling.

Table money is £3 which includes tea and biscuits - beat that for value!
